About Lesson

In the previous video we saw how to build a standard three financial statement model. In this session we will see how to build a standard project finance model. This has additional sections such as construction and operational period flags, as well as a dual timeline.

Hi! Does the tool include the possibility of modelling (1) subordinated debt, (2) bridge loans, or (3) several types of equity?

Hi yes it does, but you would need to create new components for that. Our course shows how to create them based on your existing models.
